Lid applicator<\/h3>\n

The customer has an existing reservoir and conveyor for lids.<\/p>\n

Our challenge was the retrofit of a lid applicator for shisha tins.<\/p>\n

The solution puts the lid on the tin and presses it on with the tins movement.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n

Tax stamp applicator for stand-up pouches<\/h3>\n

The customer has requested a solution for application of tax stamps to stand-up pouches.<\/p>\n

The issue with the current process was the low speed and a lack of reliability of the existing machine.<\/p>\n

We designed a concept, which works either as intergrated solution in the current line or theoretically as a semi-automatic machine.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n\n\n

Bottle erector<\/h3>\n

The challenge was to create an erector for bottles to be connected to an existing reservoir with conveying system.<\/p>\n

The existing equipment conveys the bottles horizontal and the downstream BM STS 200 B needs them to be feeded in standing position.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n

Case Packer for tins<\/h3>\n

Based on a customers demand, we designed a case packer for shisha tins.<\/p>\n

The cartons are picked out of a magazine and are erected afterwards.<\/p>\n

The tins are packed in a collation of 3×4 to the cartons.<\/p>\n

The cartons will be finally closed by tap and\/or glue.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n\n\n
